The exhibit presents guests with the opportunity to view the musical culture of music through the products, new media and visuals used in music from it's creation to the consumer end. It includes more than 100 products, graphics, fashion items and sound and video samples that have been used to promote and distribute boomboxes, personal portable stereos, turntables, guitars and synthesizers. The show focuses on music culture from the late 1940s to the present.

Alexandra Palmer of the Royal Ontario Museum gives an illustrated lecture about the fashion designer, showcasing research from her recent publication, "Dior." She is joined by Julie Hughes, a model who worked with Dior from 1949-1951. A luncheon and viewing of original Dior couture designs follows. Sponsored by the museum's Arizona Costume Institute.
